Troubleshooting a Login Problem
Possible Error Messages
* The email address you submitted was not found in the database (Using Generic Login)
* The password you submitted was not correct (Using Generic Login).
* The email address you submitted was not found in the database (Using Your Own E-mail Address)
* The password you submitted was not correct (Using Your Own E-mail Address).
* The Email Address you chose is not available
* The Username you chose is not available
* The password you submitted must be at least 6 characters long
* Password must contain at least one uppercase character, one lowercase character and one number
* The email address you submitted was not found in the database (Using Generic Login)
Check the spelling of the generic e-mail address your were given. If it was correct and you are still unable to login, please contact support@alliancewp.com. Check the spelling of the e-mail address you are trying to login with. If it was correct and you are still unable to login you also may not have created your own account yet. Enter the Generic User Name and Password that you were provided by your HR department. Then proceed to set up your own personal account. Check the spelling of the password you are trying to login with. Make sure your caps lock is off. Passwords are case sensitive.
If you forgot your password, click the Forgot Password link under the Login fields. Enter your e-mail address in the field that requests it and click submit. An e-mail will be sent to you to verify that you were the person submitting the request. Click on the link in that e-mail to have a new password e-mailed to you. Login with your e-mail address and that password. You can always change the password to one of your choosing in the Manage Profile section of the webpage.

Usernames must be unique. If the Username you chose is unavailable, it's because someone in the system is already using that Username. Please choose a different Username.
